Effective October 11, 2026. These terms describe the BostonVacay Connector (MCP server and REST API at https://bostonvacay-connector.michael-b38.workers.dev), operated by Cloudalien Technologies LLC.
When the connector is used through Muse, the Muse Connector Terms between Meta and Cloudalien Technologies LLC govern that use. Nothing in these terms adds obligations for Meta or for Muse users beyond the Muse Connector Terms.
The connector provides free, read-only access to public listings from the BostonVacay directory and to live tour and activity information from Viator. It does not take payments, complete bookings or act on any account. Bookings are made with, and governed by the terms of, the provider named in a booking link.
We take reasonable steps to keep listings accurate and current, but details such as hours, prices, amenities and availability can change, so confirm important details with the business. Prices and availability from Expedia, Viator and Klook are set by those providers and confirmed only on their sites. Except as required by law, the service is provided "as is".
Booking links are the path to book with the named provider. Some are affiliate (sponsored) links, marked affiliate: true and sponsored: true; Cloudalien Technologies LLC may earn a commission when a user books through them, at no extra cost to the user. Commissions do not affect which listings are returned or how they are ordered.
We may throttle traffic that harms the service, and may change the service with notice in the documentation.
To the extent permitted by law, Cloudalien Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for bookings, purchases or services provided by third parties.
